Lower Norton toddler Lily Snowden enjoyed all the action of the Horsham District Football League grand final at Horsham City Oval on Saturday. The two-year-old, who could be the region’s youngest football fan, was watching the main event with her grandparents Reg and Marlene Bloomfield and used a pair of binoculars to catch a closer view of the action.
