Shakespeare in great outdoors

Prepare to be spellbound this Easter with Ozact’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, an exciting encounter with one of Shakespeare’s greatest comedies.
It will be played out in the unique and spectacular Heatherlie Quarry in the Grampians National Park on March 27 and 28 and April 3 and 4 from 3pm.
A Midsummer Night’s Dream is Shakespeare’s most popular play, a tale of love, mischief and mistaken identity, complete with all the creatures of the forgotten world.
Witness the warring encounters of fairies and mortals, as a discordant world is restored to harmony by a bumbling troop of traveling thespians.
Ozact artistic director Bruce Widdop invited audiences to pack a rug and experience the irresistible combination of acclaimed creativity and high performance standards of Australia’s leading outdoor Shakespeare company.
Bookings cost $30 for adults, concession $25 and children $20. For information or bookings phone 0419 330 516.
