IN LIVING COLOUR

Horsham’s Old Peppertree Nursery is continuing its support of the annual Horsham Lights and Sirens Ball. Owner-operator Cathie Robertson has committed to providing the May 12 event with an array of colourful flowering table decorations and has offered the plants to be included in the evening’s charity auction. Cathie showed a sample of the plants to 3WM announcer and event emcee Don Plenty, left, and auctioneer Graham Gerlach at the Pryors Road nursery this week. The second annual Horsham Lights and Sirens Ball is at Horsham Town Hall, with Victoria Police rock band Code One providing dancefloor entertainment. Tickets to the ball are $50 each and available by phoning Sue Papst on 5381 0481 or Vanessa Lantzakis on 0403 323 180. Proceeds from the night will go to the Horsham Ambulance Victoria Auxiliary.
