Stonefield bass player Holly Findlay is all smiles as her internationally renowned band rocks Nhill on Friday night. Holly, 14, and her three older sisters Amy, Hannah and Sarah were the main act at a FReeZA concert at Nhill Community Centre. More than 200 people enjoyed the 70s-flavoured sound of one of Australian rock music’s hottest acts, with support performances from Horsham band Lipstick Mafia and Nhill’s own Afro-Dizzy-Yak. Hindmarsh Shire Council has declared the event a great success and is planning a follow-up concert. See page 5 of the June 28, 2012 edition of The Weekly advertiser for the full story.
