RDA bank grant

Horsham Riding for the Disabled has received a Commonwealth Bank community grant to support its Vaulting For All Abilities program.
The $7683 grant is part of the bank’s 2012 Community Grants Program and will help the Riverside Road centre purchase a new roller, which goes on the horse in place of a saddle allowing a secure grip and greater stability.
Riding for the Disabled Horsham enables children with disabilities throughout the region to experience enjoyment, improved health and a sense of achievement through participation in equestrian activities.
The Vaulting For All Abilities program helps in the development of life skills, wider social network and improved quality of life and attainment of personal goals.
