An alert remains in force for Green Lake near Horsham as authorities continue testing for potentially toxic blue-green algae.
The water division of ALS Environment has advised Horsham Rural City Council that sampling had revealed high levels of blue-green algae.
Two samples of the lake contained potentially toxigenic Microcystis and Anabaena at levels sufficient to impair water quality to a level where it posed a significant health risk.
