Family fun awaits at Operation 19:14 on Sunday.

The Blue Ribbon Foundation Horsham Branch and Operation 19:14 have joined forces to host a family fun ride on Sunday.

Blue Ribbon Foundation member and ride organiser Amelia Crafter said the ride was planned so riders arrived at Sawyer Park as events for Operation 19:14 were ramping up.

“This year we expect the ride to be a great way to start Operation 19:14, as soon as the riders are finished they can participate in some of the great activities at the free family orientated day,” Mrs Crafter said.

“The fun ride is aimed at families of all ages and this year the police will lead the riders along Barnes Boulevard before they turn back along the Wimmera River riding track to Sawyer Park.

“When they get back, they can participate in a range of activities including a giant slide, bouncy castle, badge making, pace painting and much more.”

Mrs Crafter said ride registrations opened at Sawyer Park at 11am and the ride would commence at 11.30am.

The cost to participate is a gold coin, with all funds raised going to Wimmera Base Hospital Emergency Department. Riders under the age of 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
