Homers, Buangor and Donald lead their respective A Grade cricket competitions as they all head into a Christmas-New Year break.
Buangor leads the Grampians competition with Harry Ganley leading association bowling figures with 22-144 at an average of 6.55.
Ganley has also hit 332 runs at 41.5 to trail Youth Club’s Jamie Solyom who tops the table at 344, averaging 43.
A heat rule, which forced officials to abandon Horsham and Grampians matches on the weekend, robbed Homers’ Simon Hopper at a chance to hit 500 runs before Christmas.
Hopper leads Horsham batting stocks with 488 at an average of 97.6.
Horsham Saints’ Josh Carroll has captured 16-132, at 8.25, to lead Horsham bowling figures.
Jake Leith is one of the reasons Donald leads Wimmera-Mallee competition, leading a batting aggregate with 272 at 45.33. Adrian Love from Hopetoun is the leading bowler with 19-155 at 8.16.
