2016-17 State Budget: Millions for Wimmera schools

The State Government will provide $4-million to upgrade and modernise Warracknabeal Secondary College.
It announced the funding as part of the State Budget while confirming an allocation of $2-million to upgrade or relocate Warracknabeal Special Development School.
It has yet to announce how the development projects might fit into a Warracknabeal Education Precinct plan which also includes Warracknabeal Primary School.
The government also announced a $3.4-million upgrade for Donald High School and $90,000 for Natimuk Primary School and $35,000 for Rainbow P-12 College as part of a school-pride development scheme.
