Organisers of 2017 Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal activities at Willaura have hailed the event as another successful day, raising $12,000.
Willaura district locals and visitors alike made the most of autumn sunshine and a chance to relax with friends and family at the family fun day.

A traditional fish and chip lunch was popular, with volunteers serving about 380 meals to participants. A spinning wheel, jumping castle and model train ran all day, and there were many other activities that kept people involved.
The crowd also made the most of an opportunity to look over a display of vintage cars courtesy of Grampians Vintage Vehicle Club.
A wood auction drew generous bids and every load was sold. A raffle was also well supported.
Organisers thanked patrons and everyone who donated time, food and equipment.
