Young budding golfers picked up some tips from a Golf Victoria pro during a clinic at Murtoa College.
Tony Collier put primary students from the college and Our Lady Help of Christian through their paces on Friday last week and will host another session this Friday.
Collier is a Golf Victoria developmental officer employed to introduce the game to primary school students. On Friday afternoon he will help Murtoa Golf Club’s qualified community golf instructors Gill Elliot and Hamish Gawith host the first session of a six-week clinic, from 3.45pm to 5pm.
Students participating in the school clinics will receive information about how to participate in the six-week program.
