Horsham salon D’Vine Hair and Beauty stylists Mollie O’Donnell-Clancy and Tess Almond put the finishes touches on a colourful new look for Wimmera Uniting Care chief executive Wendy Middleton. Wendy, usually known for her distinct purple hair, has adopted a multi-coloured style to promote Foster Care Month during September. Foster Care Month celebrates the work of foster carers and volunteers who provide short, medium and long-term accommodation for children unable to stay with their own family.
