Telstra team’s 24-carat service

It’s official – Telstra customers in the Wimmera are receiving the best customer service in Australia. Telstra licensed stores in Horsham and Ararat have finished first and third in a new nationwide rating program called the 24 Carat Club. The Horsham T[life] store has topped a list of more than 160 Telstra stores taking part in the year-long program. Horsham coordinator April Rabl said the program rated stores based on 12 sales benchmarks and 12 service quality drivers. “Each month every store is given a score of gold carats out of a best possible 24 carats,” Ms Rabl said. “Our Horsham store had the fantastic honour of achieving the highest grading over the past 12 months,” she said. “Ararat wasn’t far behind, finishing number three on the list.” Horsham manager Jamie Moore said the rating was testament to the work and dedication of the staff at the two stores. “We have regular staff-training and team-bonding sessions to ensure our customers are receiving the best-possible service and product knowledge,” Ms Moore said. “It was a fantastic feeling being named number one because the service ratings are based on feedback from customer surveys,” she said.
