Horsham police have arrested a man after reports of a motorcycle speeding along the Western Higway. Horsham Acting Senior Sergeant Leigh Creasey said police took a man into custody at BP Wimmera Bridge in Horsham about 2.30pm Tuesday. “We are investigating what happened,” he said.
