SIR, – On behalf of Wimmera Prostate Cancer Support Group, I thank the community for enabling our work this year.
With many men and families in the area impacted by prostate cancer, we assist newly diagnosed men and long-term survivors by providing friendship and support.
We also proudly support Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia specialist nurses and their tele-nursing service, which offers information and expert advice.
During the past 25 years, we’ve successfully boosted survival rates from 73 percent to 95 percent and we couldn’t have done it without your donations and support.
