Netball Victoria conducts talent identification at pathway competitions and tournaments, where talent scouts assess athletes to be considered for invitation.
Wimmera athletes have been invited to trial for either Netball Victoria’s 2027 Talent Academy, or Netball Victoria’s 2027 under-17 and under-19 state teams.
From the state titles, Horsham netballers Luella Burke, Jenna Lockhart and Malaya Willmore, who all represented Wimmera Mallee, have been invited.
