People either new to the stage or experienced performers are welcome to audition for Stawell Performing Arts Company’s Beauty and the Beast production.
SPACi will bring the Disney classic to life in October, telling the story of Belle, a girl living a poor provincial life, who finds a castle wherein lives a hideous beast, a French candlestick, a kind teapot and more, all struck years before by a curse.
People can try out for a variety of characters – the young bookworm Belle, the ego-driven Gaston, the kind and caring Mrs Potts or anything in between.
Auditions will be on Friday evening and all day on Saturday.
